Role Summary:
We're looking for someone to design and manage a scalable, performance-driven affiliate program to grow Bitcoin ATM usage. This role will focus on affiliate partner acquisition, campaign execution, tracking, and compliance, especially in underbanked and cash-heavy markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage an affiliate program with clear incentives and KPIs
- Recruit and onboard resellers and strategic partners
- Own daily affiliate communications and partner support
- Track transactions, referrals, and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance to develop campaign assets and ensure alignment
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with KYC/AML and advertising regulations
- Create onboarding and training tools for affiliate partners
- Analyze traffic, conversion, and performance data to optimize programs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in affiliate or channel marketing; 1+ in crypto or fintech preferred
- Strong communication and partner-facing skills
- Experience with performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, Excel)
- Organized and results-oriented
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed local and internationally
