Essential Functions:
  • Create annual negotiated sales programs, presentations, and associated reports based on sales targets.
  • Develop and manage sales databases for assigned customer groups and provide additional assistance locally as necessary. Manages and administers sales programs, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Continuously engage with customers face to face or by phone/email to prospect, advance, and close new business as well as grow the number of clients for AGRNA
  • Design and deploy optimal solutions that are innovative, add value and meet current and future business requirements
  • Act as the primary contact for commercial customers; Actively maintain open lines of communication between NSG and commercial customers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Develop and deliver formal presentations to internal and field teams including senior management and sales leadership
  • Direct involvement in the implementation of any business wins in targeted markets through data collection from customer, providing data to supply chain, etc.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of lost sales, running sales reports, assisting with customer surveys, etc. related to incremental growth initiatives.
  • Understand strategic and tactical market opportunities, employ appropriate methodologies to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations as it relates to customer growth
  • Ensures timely administration and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Responds to internal and external customer needs and complaints in a timely manner
  • Drive multiple complex projects, balancing between short-term and long-term objectives and managing the projects within budget and timelines
  • Research and provide data for customer interaction/visits
  • Assists in maintenance of customer accounts, account set up, and development of customer profiles when necessary
  • Collaborates with AGR credit department in the timely collection of receivables, reconciliation of customer statements, CDA's, deductions, etc.
  • Assists management with eCommerce activities through customer and employee education, and customer needs assessment.
  • Contribute to the NSG Group 'one-team' environment by always promoting teamwork and positive local working environment.
  • Obligated to keep confidential any information that pertains to customers and competitors.
  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Management / Business / Finance related field; without degree 5 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrates excellent negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates critical thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate complex issues in a simple, yet compelling fashion to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functional teams to enable higher performance
  • Ability to professionally handle sensitive, confidential, and basic financial information
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and highly efficient at multi-tasking
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% based on business need
