Our Agency is growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding Small Commercial Lines service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in a fast paced environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Salary is dependent upon relative experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Complete Certificate of Insurance requests.
- Document all tasks/work in our Agency Management System.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Any other duties delegated.
Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Preferably 5 years of Commercial Insurance experience.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
