Mission

This role centers on relationship-building and requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in account management, strategic development, and B2B sales in the commercial industry.

Compensation Package

- Annual Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience

- Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn more than 50% of base salary in quarterly incentives based on performance

- Auto Provision: Company vehicle or monthly auto allowance of up to $550

Qualifications

- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales, account management, or brokerage business development.

- Specialized Skills: In-depth knowledge of B2B and relational sales, brokerage industry expertise, and account management.

- Additional Expertise (Preferred):

- Project management proficiency for effective client management and business growth.

Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

- Market Research: Research and analyze market data, competitor insights, and industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Sales Engagement: Build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relationships with potential clients. A "Quality Sales Touch" involves interacting with key decision-makers to seek business opportunities actively.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to enhance profitability, retention, and growth of all accounts.

- Negotiate effectively when needed, maximizing service and profitability.

- Cross-sell and identify new sales opportunities, working closely with internal and external partners, agents, and brokers.

3. Team Member Development & Accountability

- Stewardship: Analyze team performance data to optimize retention, growth, and profitability. Regularly review systems and feedback to drive improvements and ensure accountability.

4. Sales Execution

- Create and implement agency sales plans to drive regional and company goals.

- Identify, capture, and execute new business opportunities using a consultative approach to sales.
