Commercial Account Manager- Great Opportunity
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for utilizing industry and company sales protocol to ensure the active identification, contact, cost estimating and closing of profitable new commercial service agreement sales.
- Aggressively seeks out and establishes new commercial service agreement clients. Increase sales to existing clients and establish relationships with potential new clients to close sales.
- Maintain detailed data base of potential and existing commercial service clients to include: business name, contact name, phone number; age, type, capacity, location and access requirements for the equipment and service agreement renewal date.
- Coordinates the full resources of the company and its suppliers to maximize the commercial customer sales relationship (potential).
- Build customer preference for the company's unique position in the market.
- Contact the owners of commercial projects in progress to estimate and secure new service agreements.
- Review monthly "Scheduled Call Reports" and renew expired or outdated agreements.
- Secures payment in full terms on all sold replacement jobs, which includes but is not limited to securing commercial leasing contracts.

Qualifications Also Include:
- Experienced is sourcing and developing sales pipelines
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
- Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand, bend, crawl in tight spaces
- Ability to work efficiently in all weather extremes
- Ability to work above ground level with no fear of heights
