Responsibilities - Parts Manager:

• Oversee and manage a Collision Center's Parts Department's daily operations, purchase parts, maintain optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, train and manage staff, and much more.
• Analyze department performance and implement improvements
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Complete weekly inventory counts and reconcile differences
• Ship and receive parts
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Required: Automotive Parts Manager experience with excellent management, communication, and customer service skills
• Auto body shop and/or auto body estimator experience is a plus
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
• Valid driver's license and insurance
