This role is critical because we are the only Toyota & Lexus Certified Collision Center within a 100 mile radius.The mission of this role is to provide excellent customer service & professionalism during the process of getting vehicles repaired.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
  • Answering incoming phone calls and making outgoing phone calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Scheduling appointments and reserving rental cars for customers
  • Acquiring signatures on authorization / POA forms
  • Creating files and opening repair orders
  • Taking cash, check and credit card payments
  • Scanning documents into electronic system
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience required
  • Must be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds program preferred but not required
  • Must have positive and professional attitude
