We are seeking a dedicated Collateral Management Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing activities processed by the Natixis US Treasury Desk and related teams engaged in Treasury operations, as well as Cash and Collateral Management. The analyst will supervise outsourced activities supported by Broadridge BPO. Key products include Money Markets, Time Deposits, CD/CP Issuances, Municipal G.I.C. commitments, and various daily cash flows.
The Collateral Management function involves daily comparisons of client NPV exposure to ensure Natixis is adequately collateralized. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of traded products, including Interest Rate Swaps, Equity TRS, Options, FRAs, Caps, Floors, Cross Currency Swaps, FX products, Treasuries, Equities, Money Markets, Corporates, and Repos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage margin calls and exposures with clients, including dispute resolution, while providing Follow-The-Sun (FTS) support for global clients.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for any collateral management FTS issues.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of outsourced/offsite support teams to ensure quality and control in transaction management and reconciliations.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, minimize risks, and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present monthly KPI/KRI reports related to Collateral Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in Collateral or Treasury Management
- Knowledge of derivative products; experience with ISDA, CSA, MRA, and GMRA documentation is essential.
- Background in banking or treasury operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in low-code tools such as DuCo, Power BI, and Alteryx.
- Familiarity with Calypso is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on risk and time sensitivity.
- Series 99 license is required.

The salary range for this position will be between $100,000 - $120,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
