Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Meet store policies and standards, including delivering quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and ensuring the safety and security of the store.
  • Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to their needs with clear and friendly communication.
  • Prepare food and beverages following standard recipes or customized requests.
  • Be prepared to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Quick learner.
  • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, asking for clarification when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships.
