We are seeking an experienced and energetic Coffee Shop Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure that our customers enjoy an exceptional coffee experience. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring the smooth operation of our café while maintaining the highest standards in service, quality, and ambiance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring that all processes-from opening to closing-run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Team Leadership & Human Resources:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Create and manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training.
- Customer Service & Engagement:
- Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and promptly address any customer concerns.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the café's brand and values.
- Inventory & Financial Management:
- Oversee inventory control including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- Monitor sales, prepare financial reports, and help manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Marketing & Business Growth:
- Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive customer engagement and boost sales.
- Collaborate with ownership and senior management to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the hospitality or coffee shop industry.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic financial reporting.
