- Closing shifts end at 8:30 PM
- Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
As our Coffee Shop Assistant Manager, you won't just oversee operations - you'll be in the thick of it, crafting the perfect lattes, engaging with customers, and leading your team by example. Your day will be a mix of managing employees to ensure they follow our standards, training and mentoring team members, handling inventory, scheduling, and creating an environment where both staff and customers feel right at home.

- Coffee shop experience
- Hands-on barista experience
- Leadership and training experience
Our ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organization skills. Strong decision-making abilities and great attention to detail are preferred.
