- 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Development.
- In-depth knowledge of COBOL, CICS, DB2, and other mainframe technologies
- Strong programming skills and experience with design patterns and best practices for mainframe development.
- Experience with mainframe development tools such as IBM Debug Tool, File-AID.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
