Our focus is on humanoid robots and small service robots, and we're setting ourselves up to be the go-to service provider when these robots start shipping in mass. What We're Looking For: We're looking for a Co-Founder & Robotics Technician to be the technical leader of our team. This role is ideal for someone who already has another job or income source but wants to contribute part-time to an exciting venture in exchange for sweat equity. You can be based anywhere in the U.S.-remote work is totally fine as long as you're able to collaborate when needed. If you have startup experience, a successful exit, or cash-raising experience, that's a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of repair and maintenance services for humanoid and small service robots.
- Create training and certification processes for a network of freelance technicians across the country.
- Build relationships with robot manufacturers to keep our services aligned with the latest robotic technologies.
- Provide top-level technical troubleshooting for complex repair cases.
- As a co-founder, contribute to business strategy and help drive the company's growth and direction.
Qualifications:
- Robotics Technician or Engineer with hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic systems (humanoid robots or small service robots a plus).
- Startup experience highly valued, particularly if you've been part of a successful exit or have raised capital for an early-stage company.
- Financial independence or another source of income is required, as this is a part-time, sweat equity role.
- Passionate about robotics, with a strong vision of where the industry is headed, especially as humanoid robots become widespread.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in robotic diagnostics and repair.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Cash raise experience: If you've successfully raised capital for a startup, that's a major asset.
- Exit experience: Experience contributing to a startup that exited successfully (e.g., acquisition, IPO) is a big plus.
