About the Role Join us as a Co-Founder and CTO, leading the charge in developing a transformative machine learning predictive platform. We are looking for an innovative leader with expertise in platform product development and engineering, particularly in pricing and bundling solutions. Your responsibilities will include building a robust back end and a user-friendly front end, mentoring the development team, and guiding the product through its entire lifecycle-from inception to market launch. This role requires vision to align technological advancements with business strategies, coding proficiency, and the ability to inspire and manage technology teams.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, embodying a collaborative spirit, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards challenges. We want someone with substantial recent experience in leading development teams for SaaS solutions and a solid track record of utilizing machine learning to uncover business opportunities. Experience in a startup environment is crucial, and a background in consulting, finance, or MedTech is highly desirable.
