We are partnered up with a growing Manufacturing Company in their search to add a CNC Programmer to the team due to growth. The site has 300+ employees and this position will report into the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with CNC Swiss Programming. Description

The CNC Programmer - Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill Turn machines
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
  • Conduct in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

Profile

The ideal CNC Progammer - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in CNC Swiss-style and Mill Turn machining
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, GD&T, and precision measurement tools
  • Ability to set up, program, and operate CNC machines independently
  • Familiarity with tight tolerances and various metals
  • Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and optimize tool paths
  • Experience with complex multi-axis programming (PartMaker/Esprit preferred for Level III)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and accuracy
  • Experience conducting in-process inspections and quality control checks
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 or other regulated standards preferred

Job Offer

The successful CNC Programmer will be rewarded with the following:

  • Base Salary of $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience
