Job Title: CNC Programmer Job Description We are looking to hire a skilled CNC programmer to operate and maintain our CNC equipment. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. You may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities - Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design specifications.
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
- Cleaning and maintaining the machine.
- Training new staff on machine operation procedures.
- Running 4 or more machines at a time.
Essential Skills - Previous work experience as a CNC programmer.
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications.
- Extensive experience with computer modeling software.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in the manufacturing process.
- Experience with CNC programming, CNC machining, Swiss, G code, and M code. Maksak and Mitsubishi Controls.
- Experience with Swiss Type and/or Twin Spindle, Y-axis preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the manufacturing process.
- Experience in quality control and testing.
- Familiarity with 4th Axis and Roboto Bar Loader.

Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm with no overtime. The machine shop is climate-controlled to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
