Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in programming CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and software, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.

Duties
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines using CAD/CAM software.
  • Utilize CATIA and Fanuc systems to create efficient machining processes.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications, applying GD&T principles as necessary.
  • Conduct setup and operation of CNC machinery, ensuring all tooling is correctly installed and calibrated.
  • Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Measure components using micrometers and other precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and enhance product quality.
Experience
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating milling machines.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM programming, particularly with CATIA software.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc controls and programming languages.
  • Understanding of tooling requirements for various machining operations.
  • Experience with GD&T principles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $44.00 per hour
