Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate

will have 10 year of experience in CNC programming and machining processes. Relocation help for the right candidate is available.

Location: Central Utah (Near Salina)

Responsibilities:

-Develop CNC programs using software such as MasterCam and Fusion360.

-Set up and program CNC machines including 2 axis lathes Multi spindle and Multi turret lathes

and 3-4 and 5 axis milling machines

-Programing Haas, Okuma, Eurotech would be a plus

-Perform First article programing and checks using coordinate measuring machines (CMM)

-Interpret technical drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)

-Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes

Skills:

-Proficiency in CNC programming and operation

-Knowledge of machining techniques, processes and speeds & feeds

-Experience with CAD-CAM software, particularly MasterCam, and Fusion360

-Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Programing

-Understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
