- 6:00AM-4:30PM Workweek with OT paid for hours greater than 40.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop CNC programs and manufacturing processes from blueprints and specs.
- Guide CNC machinists through setups and first batch productions.
- Manage tooling strategies, conduct time studies, and reduce production waste.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and toolkits.
- Troubleshoot production issues and refine machining processes.
Qualifications
- Skilled in G-code programming and interpreting complex blueprints.
- Process engineering experience with floor support in a CNC machining production environment.
- Experienced in using advanced measuring instruments and geometric tolerancing.
- Adept at identifying and coaching machinist improvement areas.
- Familiar with Plex software and 5S methodologies.
