CNC Operator

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lathe Operator proficient in both manual and CNC lathe operations(link removed) This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint interpretation, and programming fundamentals.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC lathes efficiently.


• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications, applying GD&T principles.


• Independently take parts from blueprint to finished product with minimal supervision.


• Apply appropriate feeds and speeds for various materials and machining conditions.


• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet precise specifications.

• Proficient in shop math and trigonometry(link removed)>


• Solid understanding of G-code and M-code, with experience in conversational and NC programming(link removed)>


• Familiarity with Mastercam is preferred.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
