CNC Maintenance Technician Job Description:
PrideStaff is recruiting for a CNC Maintenance Technician associate who has experience operating vertical and horizontal drills, milling machines, boring machines and grinders. The CNC Maintenance Technician will be able to operate multiple machines as well as troubleshoot and diagnose machine problems and repairs in a reasonable time frame. The ideal CNC Maintenance Technician associate has 3 or more years of experience with repairing and diagnosing machines, demonstrates excellent math skills along with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. The CNC Maintenance Technician position is a full time, temp to hire position in Bloomington, IL.
CNC Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

Read & Understand Ladder Diagrams, Repair & Electrical Manuals

Skilled in Hydraulic Pumps & Switches

Ability to Remove & Repair Cutting Tool Spindles

Remove Way Covers & Reinstall

Skilled History of ATC & APC Repair

Ability to Diagnose 24 Volt Power Supply Problems

Basic Electrical Knowledge of 110, 220, & 40 Volt Systems

Maintains a Clean & Safe Work Area, Including The Machine & The Floor Around The Machine

Cleans & Removes All or Unneeded Item After Repair Work in Complete From Work Area

Must Trouble Shoot & Repair of All Mechanical & Electrical Problems

Follow & Wear All Safety & PPE Requirements
CNC Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required

3+ Years of Previous CNC Maintenance Experience

Must be Able to Complete 3 or More Set-Ups on All Conventional Machine Tools

Must Have Completed Geo Metric & Tolerancing Class

Must Have Knowledge of All Tools, Inserts & Gaging Used in Their Area

Must be Able to Lift up to 50 Lbs & Bend, Lift, Stand, Reach & Kneel as Needed

Demonstrates Excellent Math Skills

Must be Able to Follow Instructions With Little to No Variables
