Work Experience Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC or manual mills and lathes depending on your experience level
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Perform setups and inspections of parts using standard measuring tools
- Program CNC machines from drawings (higher-end positions)
- Rig and handle large components (higher-end positions)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous machining experience (required for higher-tier roles)
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with manual and/or CNC machines (Fanuc, Haas, etc.)
- Comfortable with lifting and rigging heavy parts (preferred for higher pay bracket)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
