Position Overview: The CNC Machinist is responsible for the operation of CNC machinery and producing parts from CAD/CAM designs, in accordance with customer requirements and standards.

Hours: We're looking for 2 shifts:

  • B shift, 5pm-5am, Mon-Thurs
  • C shift: 5am-5pm, Fri-Sun
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machinery, such as lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce parts and components.
  • Follow CAD/CAM designs and specifications to create parts and components.
  • Check accuracy of products using precision measurement tools.
  • Perform maintenance and regular inspections of CNC machinery.
  • Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and make any necessary repairs.
  • Monitor and adjust machinery as needed to ensure quality products.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with CNC machinery, including lathe, milling, cam, and machine operations.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
