We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled CNC Machinist (Mill) to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a machinist who enjoys problem-solving, working with precision, and contributing to the production of high-quality products. You will have the chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your work will have a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent CNC Machinist (Mill), your responsibilities will include:

1. Setting up and operating CNC Mill machines to produce precision parts.
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to understand the machining requirements.
3. Performing first article inspections to ensure that the first product in a production run meets the specified dimensions.
4. Adapting to changes in the machining process and making necessary adjustments to the machine settings.
5. Monitoring and maintaining the condition of the machines, performing routine maintenance tasks, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
6. Complying with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
7. Collaborating with the team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in CNC setup and operation, with a focus on Mill machines.
3. Experience in performing first article inspections and a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong knowledge of industrial machining processes and techniques.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
6. A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
