Position Responsibilities: - Program and design setups for various CNC Lathes, including twin spindle, sub spindles, live tooling, and bar feeders.
- Utilize drawings and blueprints to create precise CNC programs.
- Inspect machined components using mechanical inspection tools, including micrometers and dial calipers.
- Maintain accurate records and submit work documentation to production planning promptly.
Experience/Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational school diploma is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in programming and setting up CNC lathes.
- Experience in manual machining.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficient in using inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Skills: - Basic computer skills.
- Forklift operation experience.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with overtime available.
