- This is a Full-time position, with daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
- This position requires a valid Pennsylvania CNA Certification, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and reliable internet access.

As a HomeHealth CNA you would provide direct personal care to patients in their place of residence according to an established individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote patient comfort and dignity. You would observe the patient, report and document observations and care performed. You will also be required to provide timely documentation of services based on the patient's care plan.CNA Requirements include:- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience in an institutional or home care setting required, with community health/ home care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program approved by the State as meeting the requirements under CMS 483.151 through 483.154 and is currently listed in good standing on the State nurse aide registry.
- Must demonstrate skills and have a passing score on a written competency test in accordance with 42 CFR Section 484.36 prior to working independently with a patient.
- Must maintain compliance with CMS 484.36 (b)(2) by attending at least 12 hours of ongoing educational in-service instructions annually as provided by Homeland HomeHealth.
- Licensure, Registration, and Certification Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania CNA Certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements and agency policy.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Maintains current CPR certification.
- Access to reliable internet access outside of the workplace setting.
