The primary purpose of this position is to provide daily nursing care to assigned residents according to their care plans and under supervision. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the authority and responsibility to perform your duties.
Key functions include:
Working in various nursing service areas and moving intermittently during shifts. Handling frequent interruptions and interacting with residents, families, and staff under various conditions. Participating in educational programs and being available for emergency situations. Requirements include:
A minimum of a 10th-grade education and certification as a Nursing Assistant. Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well in a team. Physical capability to lift and move residents and handle stressful situations.
