The Position
The primary focus of this role is to provide daily administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role also provides support to other Facilities related systems as directed. Incumbent will work closely with our RAM Analyst and be tasked with ensuring incoming daily maintenance requests adhere to our SOPs and monitoring approvals of maintenance requests. This role requires being able to hold internal customers across the site accountable for strict adherence to SOPs as related to requests made in the CMMS. Incumbent must be comfortable proactively escalating issues with incoming requests when internal stakeholders are not adhering to proper SOPs. The CMMS is a GMP compliant system, and requires strict adherence to relevant GMP & GDP standards.
This role is onsite based Monday-Friday during standard office hours at our West Lebanon, NH bioproduction facility.

Reports to: Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
Essential Functions
Serves system administrator for the CMMS system and develops as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMMS related activities and projectsPrimary daily interface with the CMMS and customers to ensure workflow of calibration and maintenance work ordersResponsible for supporting troubleshooting and providing support to plant staff related to workflow issues within the CMMSGenerate or facilitate, as needed, document revisions related to Facilities or Quality systemsSupport scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities as directedFacilitate planning, scheduling and issue resolution forums as directed by the supervisorCoordinate and support training of site staff related to CMMSProvide prompt and accurate CMMS reports on a routine and as-needed basis for CMMS usersMaintain metrics for CMMS system, planning efficiency, or other needs as directed by supervisorSupport resolution of quality system items (quality notes, deviations and CAPA) as requestedMust be self-driven and able to prioritize, problem-solve and trouble shoot in a fast paced, complex environmentExecute all CMMS work in strict compliance with governing procedures and policies. A high level of attention to detail is requiredCommunicate effectively with all internal and external customers. Must have a collaborative team/customer focusOther duties as required by supervisor. These may include, but are not limited to, training coordinator, metrology program support, and Bluebeam administrationPerforms all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations and industry codesIncorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with othersQualifications
- Education and Certifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Work Experience:High School Diploma with six (6) years of related experience requiredBachelor's Degree with three (3) years of related experience preferredExperience working with a CMMS, Procore, Bluebeam or related systemsExperience with Computerized Maintenance/Metrology Management System (CMMS) systems (Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM), SAP, or similar) preferredPharmaceutical, Biotechnology or other regulatory industries experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Adept at understanding, anticipating and addressing prerequisite and interdependent tasks to complete all activities as scheduledStrong interpersonal and team skills including conflict resolutionPhysical Requirements
0-10% overnight travel required. The ability to climb, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to push, pull, lift, finger, feel, and grasp. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. Lifting up to 10 of force occasionally. Sedentary work - walking and standing are required only occasionally. Visual acuity to perform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analyzing; and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations.
