What you will doRole Overview: The CMMS Associate ensures the complete and thorough integrity of the SAP PM database along with the standardization of the Material Master database. Recommends and coordinates improvements to SAP PM and its interfaces Microsoft Dynamics and Resco.
Main responsibilities: - Reviews and updates equipment serialization records for major components, working closely with EDPR personnel and vendors to track shipments and movements
- Review, audits, and updates changes to scheduled maintenances
- Converting business needs into technical specifications and validating procedures and processes are aligned
- Ensures Functional locations for new sites are up to date and accurate
- Acts as a focal point for Operations department for improvements to the system and its interfaces
- Provide recommendations for SAP process improvements, as well as, develop training tools to further improve procedures
- Develop performance metrics and present progress to various levels of the organization
- Coordinates with IT for improvements and resolution of SAP related issues
- Ensures uniform implementation across the fleet of scheduled work orders and other SAP related tools the Operations team utilizes
- Manage process of creating new windfarms in SAP, ensures consistency of scheduled work orders, and other configuration requirements
- Support corporate initiatives related to CMMS, requires working with team of international users
- Additional duties as required

What are we looking forMinimum Requirements: - Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or Associate's degree
- 3+ years in a technical industry
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, Dynamics, and Power BI software
- Proficient knowledge of CMMS, preferably SAP
- SAP Plant Maintenance, Material Management & Warehouse Management knowledge (preferred)
- Understanding of various SAP modules and their interaction
Travel: Up to 5%

Physical demands & working conditions: - Sitting/Standing/Flexibility: Ability to stand and sit for 8 or more hours when in an office environment
- Walking: Ability to walk .5 to 2 miles per day, including across unpaved and rough surfaces when on project sites.
- Speech/Reading: Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently and deliver a variety of instructions furnished in written verbal, diagram, or scheduled form
- Lifting: Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Vision/Hearing: Ability to understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form
