CMM PROGRAMMER - SHAPE THE FUTURE OF NAVY & NUCLEAR PRECISION

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Program & Operate CMMs - Develop, optimize, and run advanced CMM programs using PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or Calypso to inspect complex cast and machined components.
• Own Quality & Compliance - Conduct precise dimensional inspections, interpret blueprints & GD&T, and ensure all parts meet stringent ASME, ASTM, MIL-STD requirements.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine measurement techniques, reduce inspection time, and enhance accuracy.
• Master High-Tech Tools - Work with advanced metrology equipment, troubleshoot CMM programming issues, and own the calibration & maintenance process.
• Deliver Impactful Results - Document findings, create in-depth reports, and directly contribute to mission-critical defense and nuclear applications.
WHAT YOU BRING TO PRL:
• Expert-Level CMM Skills - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in programming and operating CMMs in a manufacturing environment.
• Blueprint Mastery - Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and industry specs.
• Precision-Driven Mindset - Meticulous attention to detail with a serious, systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Tech-Savvy Edge - Proficiency in MCOSMOS, PC-DMIS, Calypso, and precision measuring tools.
• Manufacturing Experience (Preferred) - Background in castings, machining, or defense/nuclear industries is a plus.
