As the Cluster Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to meet corporate and leisure revenue and room night sales goals for your properties. You will create tactical plans, monitor progress, and drive sales across all market segments for properties including Holiday Inn Express Manchester Oxford Road, Heeton Concept Hotel - City Centre Liverpool, and Hampton by Hilton Leeds City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales activities and support property teams in implementing initiatives
- Build relationships with local corporates through meetings, networking, and visits
- Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork across departments
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and external contacts to increase revenue
- Achieve personal sales goals and maximize profitability
- Assist in preparing departmental budgets and marketing plans
- Create sales strategies to increase occupancy, average rates, and F&B sales
- Generate monthly reports and forecasts to analyze market trends and monitor performance
- Organize special events and attend trade shows to promote the hotels
- Enhance guest experience by providing information on loyalty programs, local attractions, and amenities
- Coordinate group bookings and VIP services with relevant departments
- Lead marketing efforts to upsell hotel services and amenities
- Collaborate with management and community groups to promote properties
- Identify and implement improvements in marketing and sales performance
Requirements:
- Experience as a Hotel Sales Manager is essential
- Proven success in business development and account management
- Self-motivated, driven, and commercially aware with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market and ability to motivate and support sales teams
- Ability to build rapport and provide high-quality service
- Skills in analyzing market trends and competitor activity to generate leads
