Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the fitness club. Hire, train, and manage staff members, including personal trainers and fitness instructors.
• Drive sales, develop and manage the club's budget and financial plans.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
• Organize fitness programs and activities to meet the needs of clients.
• Manage memberships, including new enrollments and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports on the club's activities and performance. Qualifications:
• Strong sales experience preferred. Hunter Mentality.

• Proven experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Passion for people, fitness, and wellness.
• History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals. Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
