Position Overview: Club Director - Atlanta
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Director to lead and oversee operations at our Atlanta location. This individual will manage all aspects of club performance, including staffing, member relations, facility operations, financial oversight, and strategic growth. The Club Director plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests while advancing innovation and excellence at Padel Haus.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Champion the Padel Haus brand and represent the club positively within the local community.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure seamless club functionality.
- Foster clear and consistent internal communication across staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, licensing requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Support pre-opening and construction phases, including permitting, systems setup, and club launch.
Member & Community Engagement
- Maintain a warm, inclusive, and professional environment for all members and guests.
- Supervise on-court activity, enforce club policies, and address player concerns with professionalism.
- Design and execute events, leagues, and programs to enrich the member experience.
- Cultivate partnerships and drive local engagement through sponsorships and community outreach.
Coaches & Programming
- Lead the coaching team, ensuring consistent instructional quality and adherence to club standards.
- Oversee scheduling and execution of level-based open play, social events, and competitive leagues.
- Use player feedback and data insights to continually evolve programming and engagement.
Financial & Business Management
- Develop and manage the club's operational budget, optimizing revenue and controlling expenses.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Drive membership sales, event participation, and pro shop profitability.
- Track energy and operational efficiency; implement cost-saving strategies where possible.
Facility & Staff Management
- Ensure club facilities and equipment are consistently maintained to high standards.
- Lead all staffing efforts including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training to reinforce culture, service, and club goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in club operations, hospitality, sports, or a related industry.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on member experience.
- Experience hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
- Background in padel, tennis, or racquet sports strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
