ABOUT THE ROLE

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with development, security, and operations teams to uphold the integrity and efficiency of our cloud systems. This position grants you the opportunity to influence our cloud strategy and work on exciting initiatives to build secure, scalable environments.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and executing cloud-based deployment and security best practices.
  • Automating and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for frictionless deployments.
  • Working alongside security teams to ensure compliance and address vulnerabilities.
  • Designing and managing cloud infrastructure utilizing Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Troubleshooting performance issues to improve system reliability.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies to enhance business value.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or software development.
  • Extensive experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Strong proficiency in major cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and API management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Bonus points for:
  • Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
  • Experience within the financial services or private equity sector.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
