You'll need to have:

4+ years of experience with process engineering, architecture, engineering management or DevOps practices and experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Atlassian JIRA
Coding experience with languages like Python for report generation
Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel in data analysis, pivot tables, charts and complex formulas to create in reports for management.
Solid ability to manage and collaborate with partners, team and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Successfully managed projects from design and planning to execution ensuring objectives are delivered under deadline.
Persuasive and effective public communication skills to convey complex information to team, stakeholders and management.

We'd love to see:

Experience with migrations dealing with Hadoop technologies like Spark, MapReduce, Hive or Oozie
Knowledge in Kubernetes and cloud computing
Telemetry and observability experience using Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry
