Cloud Platform Engineer with Security Clearance

CLOUD PLATFORM ENGINEER Job Description Summary:Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

•O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments

•Support OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps

•Deploy OpenShift to new sites as they come online

•Support data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education/Experience:

•Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNADesired Skills:

•Experience deploying and managing RedHat OpenShift in a cloud and/or vSphere environment

•Experience with Amazon Web Services

• Python, Shell scripting, Git (desired)

•Linux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS

•CI/CD orchestration tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitOps

•Container technology: Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem in general
Desired Certifications:

•Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift
