Job Description A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a talented Cloud Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cloud migration and refactoring efforts, designing and optimizing AWS cloud-native environments, and maintaining robust DevSecOps pipelines. Your responsibilities will include deploying cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on Kubernetes and Docker, developing strategies for application migration, refactoring legacy applications, and ensuring compliance with USTRANSCOM's objectives. You will also be responsible for designing CI/CD pipelines, performing load testing, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
This position is primarily remote, with the requirement to be onsite once per quarter at Scott AFB. The compensation for this role ranges from $40/hr to $65/hr, commensurate with skillset and experience.
