We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Service Mesh (Istio), and Cloud Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cloud engineering, with a deep understanding of Azure cloud environments and expertise in container orchestration. You will be responsible for driving the development, deployment, and management of enterprise-level applications, with a focus on B2B/B2C environments.
As a Cloud Engineer, you will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions using Kubernetes, AKS, Istio, and related cloud-native technologies. Job Duties -
Responsible for driving the development, deployment, and management of enterprise-level applications, with a focus on B2B/B2C environments.
Working closely with development, operations, and business teams to implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions using Kubernetes, AKS, Istio, and related cloud-native technologies.
Job Requirements -
Kubernetes & AKS Management:
Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for large-scale applications.
Automate Kubernetes cluster deployments, scaling, and management through CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes cluster performance for high availability and fault tolerance.
Manage microservices-based applications, ensuring smooth deployment and scaling.
Service Mesh (Istio):
Implement and manage Istio Service Mesh for microservice communication and service-level monitoring.
Design, deploy, and manage Istio policies, gateways, traffic routing, and security.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to microservice interactions within the service mesh.
Cloud Infrastructure on Azure:
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Develop and implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Bicep.
Work with Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and other Azure services to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations.
DevOps and CI/CD:
Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of code into production environments.
Cloud Security & Governance:
Implement security best practices, including IAM, network policies, encryption, and service mesh security.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and cloud governance policies.
Collaboration and Support:
Provide support and guidance to development teams on best practices for cloud-native application deployment.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient cloud architectures for B2B/B2C environments.
Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, containers, and service mesh communication.
Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of the cloud infrastructure.
