As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you'll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You'll apply your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service provider s to further your clients' meaningful missions. You Have: 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing a cloud-based environment with a major cloud service provider, such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, or GCP
Experience with deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure ARM Templates
Experience in implementing and maintaining security best practices in cloud environments, including creating and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for cloud resources, such as Splunk
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with performance and availability, and in cost efficiency and optimization across cloud infrastructure
Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Experience with working in environments utilizing Citrix for application delivery and Active Directory for policy and access control management
Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Python, or JSON
Ability to perform significant research and development efforts or manage programs requiring comprehensive and innovative technical solutions, development, and deployment activities on public or private cloud platforms, or within high-availability environments
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure
Experience writing scripts using tools such as Python, Bash, or Boto3
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code
Experience creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open-source and commer cia l tools in public cloud environments
Master's degree
Security Engineering or Cyber Engineering Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
