$160,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually
E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a highly motivated Cloud Developer to join our innovative, customer-focused team in Washington, DC. Job Type On-site Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with experience operating in classified environments to support mission-critical systems across multiple security enclaves. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and Azure cloud services, infrastructure automation, and secure DevOps practices. This role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native solutions that meet stringent compliance and security requirements. Responsibilities Refactored and deployed AWS CloudFormation stacks and AWS Lambda functions to resolve longstanding deployment issues and enable a security assessment tool for identifying cloud vulnerabilities in the AWS Top-Secret Enclave.
Developed Python3 scripts using the Boto3 library to perform compliance checks on FedRAMP-approved AWS services, ensuring secure configurations across Unclassified, Secret, and Top-Secret environments.
Reconfigured GitLab CI/CD variables across multiple projects and classification levels to streamline deployment workflows and reduce operational errors.
Established secure cross-cloud connectivity between AWS GovCloud and Azure Government by containerizing the Microsoft Azure CLI and Azure PowerShell within Docker, enabling seamless authentication and integration.
Created custom Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) using HashiCorp Packer, preloaded with essential development tools including PowerShell, Terraform, Docker, and Python to support consistent and secure development environments. Qualification Active Top Secret clearance Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code (IaC) Required Skills/Technologies Proficiency in Python and experience with Boto3 for AWS automation
Experience with GitLab CI/CD and secure DevOps practices
Familiarity with Azure Government and cross-cloud integration
Hands-on experience with Docker, Packer, and Terraform
Strong understanding of FedRAMP compliance and cloud security best practices Preferred Qualifications: AWS or Azure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate)
Experience working in classified or air-gapped environments
