Location: Onsite at Access Board, 1331 F Street NW, Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20004; with option to telework

Salary Range: $150K-$180K Description:
Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments. Ensure alignment with federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST). Lead cloud strategy, automation, and system integration efforts. Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - Onsite and Remote)

The Cloud Architect/Engineer will design, implement, and manage cloud computing solutions and virtualization environments for the USAB. The role includes strategic planning, technical execution, and compliance assurance for all cloud services and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design cloud architectures and migration plans across public, private, and hybrid cloud models. Administer Microsoft Azure environments and support Microsoft 365 cloud services. Manage IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployments, cloud security controls, and virtualization components. Evaluate new cloud technologies and provide technical recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with government and FedRAMP security policies and standards. Automate provisioning, backup, and scaling processes as needed. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture. Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP in federal environments. Expertise in virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with DevOps tools, containers, and infrastructure-as-code is a plus. Azure Solutions Architect or related certifications preferred.
