POSITION SUMMARY: The Primary Care Clinician nurse collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for patients. The RN coordinates wellness and chronic illness activities, focusing on safety and high-quality care. Success is measured by patient satisfaction and clinic quality metrics. The RN also takes on a clinical leadership role, employing critical thinking to achieve positive outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: NM RN license; BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire. SKILLS: Effective communication, teaching techniques, and patient education coordination. EXPERIENCE: One year in a clinical nursing role. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to CSVCG Dyad, supervises medical assistants, and ensures clinical staff competency.
