All shifts available for providing mental health/substance abuse treatment at Pittsfield CBHC.
Conduct assessments and develop collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans, including urgent and routine care. Maintain timely client records and participate in supervision and team planning. Provide evidence-based interventions via in-person or Telehealth formats. Coordinate care with collateral agents and community agencies, ensuring 24-48 hour access to care. Qualifications include a Master s degree, licensure within 6 months, and experience in individual and group counseling. Require strong teamwork, communication, leadership, and computer skills, with flexibility for evening/weekend hours. Work in a temperature-controlled office, with opportunities to facilitate community groups.
