Clinican II

The Clinician II collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, safe patient care within the clinic, focusing on health and chronic illness management. They coordinate wellness activities and use critical thinking to achieve positive outcomes, measured by patient satisfaction and quality metrics. Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, preferably a BSN, with at least one year of clinical experience. They supervise medical assistants, support staff orientation, and contribute to clinical operations. The role involves physical activity, working under stress, and exposure to clinical hazards. Effective communication, teaching skills, and leadership are essential.
