HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Therapists help treat our clients with emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders within a family driven and trauma informed framework. The Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Provide therapy to individuals, family, and groups in an out-patient setting.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments to determine a recipient's eligibility for mental health services.
  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Clinical Trainee
  • Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Working towards licensure as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT
  • Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Mental Health Professional
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Licensed as an LP, LICSW, LMFT or LPCC
  • Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
  • Two years' experience in outpatient therapy
  • Medicare Eligible Provider
  • SPMI, ARMS, ACT Team, TCM or community based experience
  • Experience in being a child and adolescent provider with clients 6+ years andolder
  • A passion to work in community based mental health
  • Flexibility based on the clinic and client needs
  • Excited to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
