We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for inspiring, helping and challenging people and we want you to be a part of our Clinical team in a Clinical Support role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure that all applicable policies and procedure that fall within the scope of the job description are followed and adhered to.
- Record and file all UA results in clinical files.
- Record and file all Monthly activity Logs in clinical files.
- Monitors Community meetings, including house meetings, wrap-up meetings, and 12 step meetings.
- Supervises offender population with special attention to the reporting of all incidents.
- Records and reports TC behavioral trends.
- Assists with admission documentation.
- Facilitate Prevention Level I modules.
- Sets up clinical files for inmates upon admission.
- Responsible for executing all The Company program standards and policy.
- Be available to work all shifts to ensure proper coverage per contract and policy standards.
- Clock in and out utilizing the company time and attendance system.
- Must be able to perform the major functions of job with or without an accommodation.
- Required to attend all mandatory training specified by policy.
- Must be able to speak, read write and understand English.
- Report all workers compensation injuries, whether they require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor, the Business Administrator or the Facility Director immediately.
- Report all breaches of company policy or code of ethics that you have knowledge of, hear about or see regardless of who is involved in the breach.
- Report all unsafe conditions that could affect clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of.
- To be eligible for you must demonstrate organizational abilities and must have good written and oral communication skills.
- To be eligible for promotion to a supervisory position you must complete supervisory/team building training.This can be accomplished by checking out "How to Supervise People" CD from the corporate office and passing all tests with a minimum score of 80%.
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
QualificationsEXPERIENCE: Minimum six (6) months to two (2) years' experience working in a counseling or chemical addictions field depending on education level.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Two (2) years of experience working in a counseling or chemical addictions field may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
