Full-time

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with on-call rotation

Salary commensurate with experience

Job Description Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor/Visit RN is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. This role involves overseeing the delivery of care and services, supervising clinical personnel, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. During the startup phase the clinical supervisor will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

This role involves delivering direct patient care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
Must maintain current CPR certification.
Must hold and maintain a valid Indiana driver's license and auto insurance.

Education:

Licensure: Must have and maintain license as a registered nurse by the state of Indiana. Minimum of associate degree in nursing, graduate of a school of professional nursing.

Experience:

Minimum of (2) two years of home care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience is required.
