Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor coordinates and evaluates the day-to-day implementation of the overall program for treatment foster care (TFC). The Clinical Supervisor assists the Program Director in assuring that the Treatment Coordinator staff develop, implement and monitor effective treatment programs in TFC homes which maximize high rates of successful program completion and discharge to less restrictive residential environments. The Clinical Supervisor will recruit the new TFC staff (and TFC parents, where necessary) and develop new and revise procedures to assure continuous program quality and compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies. The Clinical Supervisor participates in the administration of assigned management functions.

Qualifications

Education/Credentials/Licensure:

Masters degree in a human service field required.
Professional licensure required by state regulation required.
Knowledge of state licensing regulations.
Valid state driver's license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance.

Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or comparative position.

Clearances: State Policy/FBI per state regulations; Adult Protective Service/Child Protections Service background clearance, all clearances required by the state or local regulatory bodies.

Working Conditions

Physical Demands - Required moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying as required.
Environment Factors - Indoors/Outdoors: school, community, residence, office.
Working Hours - Non-Traditional work schedule as defined by service needs and crisis "on call".
