Your Role as Director of Clinical Supervisor
  • Clinical Leadership & IEP Alignment: Collaborate with the school's administrative and clinical teams to ensure integration of clinical and counseling goals with students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), while overseeing the planning and evaluation of clinical services.
  • Student Progress Monitoring & Data-Driven Strategy: Track student progress toward social-emotional, executive functioning, and attendance goals through data analysis, adjusting clinical strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Therapeutic Support & Staff Collaboration: Provide mental health consultation and partner with educators to implement evidence-based practices that address mental health barriers to learning and promote academic engagement.
  • Counseling Services & Supervision: Maintain a clinical caseload as needed, oversee the development and monitoring of counseling plans, and ensure service quality through individual and group supervision of clinical staff.
  • Parent Engagement & Communication: Foster strong school-family partnerships by routinely communicating with parents and involving them in their child's clinical treatment plans.
  • Training & Clinical Practice Standards: Assess training needs and deliver professional development for staff, while ensuring adherence to best practices in classroom-based clinical care and intervention.
  • Compliance & Safety Practices: Uphold FERPA and company confidentiality standards, follow safety protocols including PPE usage and crisis intervention techniques, and adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Educational Requirement: Master's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Certification: Valid Pennsylvania School Counseling K-12 certification required.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services to children with disabilities, demonstrating expertise in supporting diverse student needs.
