Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical reviews and directs clinical staff in counseling services. This role requires strong supervisory and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training, supervision, and mentoring to counselors.
- Maintain counselors' work schedules for adequate coverage.
- Review clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and assist in hiring/termination.
- Participate in program planning and management functions.
- Deliver direct counseling services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other clinical disciplines to enhance patient care.
Qualifications: Master s degree preferred, 5 years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment, and an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) required.
